Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure that all boxes are designed and packaged to meet quality standards, and to ensure they will be enjoyed by each child who receives it. If you are not happy or have a problem with your box, please contact us within 48 hours of your box arrival at info@homeschoolinabox.com, and we will work together to try to find a resolution to your concerns. Please do not open any individual kits or included materials in your box, as this will make your box ineligible for a full refund. All products and materials must be included and unused upon return to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your packaged is received damaged, you must notify Homeschool In A Box at info@homeschoolinabox.com within 48 hours upon arrival of damaged items to qualify for a replacement. Arrangements will be made to return the damage box; all books and materials must remain unused to receive full replacement.

If an item in your box is received damaged, you must notify Home School In A Box at info@homeschoolinabox.com within 48 hours upon arrival of box to qualify for a replacement item.

If an item in your box is missing, you must notify Home School In A Box at info@homeschoolinabox.com within 48 hours upon receiving your box to qualify for a replacement item to be sent.

All boxes are sent with tracking information, if for some reason you do not receive your box, please email info@homeschoolinabox.com and we will work with our shipping carriers to locate your box, and arrange delivery, or send a replacement.
